With over a dozen years of yoga practice, I have come to understand that yoga’s purpose is to facilitate shedding layers of the ego and once again connect to Self. My lighthearted classes are rooted in joyful and sweaty vinyasa flow. Through flowing intentionally with the body, mind and breath, I encourage students to experience peace, freedom and their innate wholeness, and bring those experiences out of the yoga studio and into the world.
